dont feel so well Can't Post

I just purchased the am/pm yoga for beginners. Currently I'm in a fitness program 3 tmes a week and I was looking for something that I felt was missing. I tried the am/pm yoga for beginners. I just did the pm yoga, and I really enjoyed it. Even though I have the flexibility of a brickCrazy. When I was done however, I was feeling a little light headed and nauseaPirate the nausea lasted about 25 30mins then disipated. Does anyone know why this occurred.

Thank youSmile

Well the am/pm is a yoga dvd. To answer your question I do not have a teacher. I bought this program as sort of an introduction to Yoga.

Thank you

hello, redmonster Smile
you should stop to train alone , even if you have just one lesson every month, you should follow a (good) teacher , and repeat at home what you learned with him. feelings of what is welldone or not in yoga is very difficult; people who have 20 years of yoga practice still have yoga lessons to avoid mistakes and progress the best (and safest Angelic ) way possible. yoga can be dangerous if not practiced the proper way. you are like a brick? well, it is a chance! because you will have a strong feeling of improvement as time goes on with your practice Wink
remember : safety first, and the only safe way to practice yoga is to follow a teacher, who will see you and give you personnal advices on the way you must practice, not a book or a video Unimpressed
take care Smile

How long after eating did you practice? Because yoga works on your internal organs as well as your muscles, it's best to practice on an empty stomach. It's generally recommended that you wait a few hours after a meal and at least an hour after a light snack.
