asanas and AIDS Can't Post

Hello yoga-felows,

Does anyone know about sequences to regulate the immune system. I practise a sequence 4 to 5 times a week, since one year : suppine poses + padmasana, gentle backbends + padmasana and inversions. This helped me to boost the immune system. But it boosts too much one population of lymphocytes the CD8 compare to the CD4.

Thank you for sharing you're experiences about this.

Here you'll find more info

Also, B.K.S. Iyengar's book "Yoga - The path to holistic health" has a sequence, if I remember correctly.
