Hello I also felt dizzy, and had mild panic attacks during strong standing classes. Same with a girl in my class. She was forced to eat meat by her doctor. I saw a Naturopath who put me onto Iron tablets, plus fish oil and magnesium. I've been a vegetarian (pescatarian actually, I eat fish cuppla times a month) for 10 years. DOctors tell me to eat red meat! Also, whilst donating blood I was always told that my haemoglobin count was high, therefore iron and b vitamins are high too. But my naturopath said that that's not the case. Haemoglobin is not a true indicator of b and iron. It did take a couple of months to see improvements with the supplements. You cannot take large doses of Iron. has to be slow... When eating spinach use a little lemon as the Vit. C assists in iron uptake. Good luck
