Yoga Asana during the First Trisemester of PREGNANCY Can't Post

Dear all,

Iam pregnant and i want to know what all yoga asana i can practice SAFELY during the First Trisemester.

Vajarasana - Is this Asana safe to do first during the first trisemester of pregnancy or during the entire pregnancy.

What are the breathing excerise be performed during this period?

1:2:4 breathing technique advisiable to do.

Request all yoga experts to throw a light on the same.

I do not have specific answers for you, but I have heard that Geeta Iyengar's book, Yoga: A Gem for Women, answers questions about practice during pregnancy. My women teachers have always recommended that book.

As usual I would also recommend that you seek guidance directly with an experienced teacher in your area, and request access to their literature on the subject.
