Dear Sir

I have a daughter who is 19 years old. Right from birth she has unbalance problem. She has more difficulty while climbing down the staris. She has very stiff hip joints. Her ankles movement is very little ( 50%). I have been told that her at the time of birth shortage of oxygen to her brain cell might have caused some damage to her motor coordination.

Can i bring her to Pune for a posible cure from may 17th onwards ?
