Posture chairs.

Hi there,
My posture needs some serious help. It’s worst when I’m in front of the computer, so I’m thinking about buying one of those posture chairs/kneeling chairs, whatever they call them. Does anyone have feedback for me about them? I have good knees, so I’m not worried about that. There’s a picture on this page.
