It isn't unusual to encounter some form of dyspnea. In pranayama there is often one nostril less clear than the other. Either regulate the pranayama to the most blocked nostril or do it another day. Whilst doing asanas the breath is influenced by the mount of effort put in as well as the posture held. Remember that the breath is very fine. Treat it with gentleness and appreciate its subtleties. warm regards Peter
