Hello: My husband and I are new to yoga, we are 26 and 30 years old, we have been pretty healthy throughout our lives, we really don't drink(exept on especial occasions), we don't smoke. we are trying to cultivate good eating habits, we like everything, we have tried reading on ayurveda but its kind of complicated, so we are looking for help and tips, like how should we eat? when? at what times? what about before class? or after class? what does the iyengar instructors recommend? what kinds of food should we avoid etc etc. Please help, any comment will be appreciated.
