Hi happy yogis Smile Have you ever experienced aerophagic problems with some asanas? i am having a recent problem with halasana (i keep this asana recently for 8 minutes) , i believe this is because i think i do not open my chest enough for my lungs to operate without using my abdomen...so, i probably inhale air and keep a part of it in my stomach and abdomen during these 8 minutes Unsure
result : for the first time in my life, i have a "budweiser belly", except that i don't drink beer or any sodas Cool.
i am still wondering if my diagnose is good because i cannot change my chest that fast in halasana. anyone have an idea?

eureka! my problem is due to groin muscles : i changed my training, and worked less on groin muscles; last week, i practiced ekapada supta pavana puktasana with a rope , and realised that it was difficult because my groin muscles were tensed (partly due to the lack of this exercise). i practice this exercise again at the beguinning of my asana training, and my abdomen is getting back to its natural place again Smile
