Hi I've been doing yoga for some time, injured my back and had to take time off. I now notice when doing down faced dog that when I feel as if I've achieved equilibrium, my left hand is behind the right, ie not in straight line with. When I ensure my hands and feet are parallel to each other, it feels as if the right side is not being stretched. Any suggestions? Thanks Vukile
