Jumpings / Surya Namaskar Can't Post

Does any one have any advice about how best to move fluidly between Adho Mukha Svanasana, Urdhva Mukha Svanasana and Chaturanga Dandasana in the series of jumpings / Surya Namaskar .

Also Geeta has said that you can incorporate standing poses within the Surya Namaskar and I was just wondering if anyone knows how best to do that? Where in the sequence do you insert them?

Thanks

whenever i have added standing (or been in classes in which this was done), i have had the standing pose come after down dog.. i have had it follow the first down dog (w/o adding up dog and chataranga) or the second (after up dog and chataranga)..

I think this is the way that I cover it in class.

Surya Namaskar
Tadasana /inhale
Urdhva Hastasana/ exhale
Uttanasana / Inhale
Uttanasana(look forward arch back)/exhale
Jump into Caturanga dandasana/ inhale
Urdhva Mukha Svanasana/exhale
Adho Mukha Svanasana/inhale
Right leg forward Trikonasana(breathe)/exhale
Adho Mukha Svanasana/inhale
Left leg Trikonasana(breathe)/exhale
Adho Mukha Svanasana/inhale
Jump into Uttanasana/exhale fold forward Uttanasana
Inhale Urdhva Hastasana/exhale
tadasana.
repeat sequence substituting the standing poses.
