hello
i wanted to know how many surya namaskar a person can practice? i was practicing 10 and now i am trying to increase to 20 and want to go up to 100.
pls also let me know advantages of surya namaskar

It isn't about how many as much as how well. Practice until mastered and then add to the asanas. Yoga is about all of you.

If intent on the practice of yoga practice surya namaskar regularly; same as other asanas.
