General Sequence for Forward Bending Can't Post

Hi,

Could anyone assist me by suggesting a good composition of sequence for a forward bending practice. For example, what kind of asanas you would do leading up to the forward bends would be helpful for me.

Thanks very much and Namaste.

Re: General Sequence for Forward Bending [In reply to] Can't Post

hi ! Smile
one possible very classic way to introduce a good forward bend serie is :
1/ uttanasana-adhomukha (hands blocked by wall)-uttanasana - adhomukha (feets blocked by wall) - uttanasana / each 1 min
2/ urdhva prasarita padasana (90°-60°-30°-60°-90°) 20sec each.
3/ paripurna navasana (30 sec to 1 min Tongue )
4/ ardha navasana (20 sec)
eventually, you can add sirsasana followed with 1min. urdha upavistha konasana in sirsasana+ 1 min. baddha konasana in sirsasana.
Eating 3 hamburgers + 4 milk shakes 5 minutes before the serial in not absolutely necessary. Angelic
may the force be with you Cool
