The SARVA Centre

Dedicated Iyengar Yoga Centre, running classes from Beginners to Teachers. Teacher Training held monthly. . The Sarva Centre is a fully equiped Iyengar Yoga Centre. We currently have one studio up and running and hope to open a further two studios in January 2004. We have free on site parking for 60 cars. Our senior teacher is Sheila Haswell, who passed her Intermediate Senior Certificate in 2000. Sheila is an IYA(UK) committee member. She has been practicing yoga for nearly 30 years and teaching for 23 years.
